THE TRILOGY TRILOGY

Yes; the name was originally just a placeholder until I found something better; but lord help me; it’s grown on m (despite my inability to pronounce ‘tr’) 

After the first episode started taking shape; it became clear that casually chatting with filmmakers had far more value than having an out-and-out list of questions to ask. Letting a conversation progress naturally can spontaneously lead to far more interesting and surprising topics of discussion than you could possibly plan for, no matter how much research you do. (If you want further proof of this; look no further than the infamous ‘Geof Ryan’ interview.

That having been said; it did seem important to have at least one constant; reliable data set for filmmakers to draw from. After a bit of thought; I was able to distill it down to, what I think, were the three quintessential questions.

(Come to think of it; quintessential questions might have actually been a better name. Ah well.)
